Returns & Exchanges

At chicgrl, we want you to love every purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
